What are we doing?
Hadouken!! Retro Arcade — A curated, admissions‑based arcade built for community, nostalgia, and sustainable margins. A premium, small‑footprint arcade experience designed for repeat visits, strong cashflow, and long‑term resilience. Whether you are looking for pinball, video arcade or board games, we will have it!
who is doing this?
An operator adept at managing business, troubleshooting technically, and creating fantastic “third spaces.”I have spent my career learning how to manage restaurants and retail shops, working on technical issues to make technology work for me, as well as create spaces where people want to gather and spend time. My background blends technical mastery, customer‑experience design, and disciplined financial modeling. This project is the culmination of that craft.
how does this make money?
Our model prioritizes predictable admissions revenue, low staffing requirements, and high‑margin entertainment assets. The 1,400 sq ft footprint keeps rent controlled while still delivering a premium, multi‑zone experience.

Largely considered to be one of Ohio’s fastest growing communities, the perfect mix of youth and nostalgia-driven adults is begging for something like this
